Service 03 · Technology staffing

Interview people
worth interviewing.

Technology talent through contract and hiring models, screened by people who can read code. Capacity when you need it now, and technical screening when you are hiring permanently.

How this worksService 03
  • Screened by engineers, not matched on keywords
  • Shortlist notes on where each candidate is strong and where they are not
  • The decision stays yours — we do not promise “the best candidate”
  • Works with your existing recruitment partners
§01
What it is

What this actually is.

Hiring technology people is slow and hard to judge from a CV. We help two ways: professionals on contract when you need capacity now, and technical screening support when you are hiring permanently.

We are not trying to replace recruitment partners. Where an agency already holds the candidate pool, we work alongside them and add the part they cannot do — judging the technical work.

Who it is for

Companies that need technology professionals

Typical problems we get called about:

  • You need development capacity for a project without adding permanent headcount
  • CVs look similar and your team loses hours interviewing unsuitable candidates
  • You are hiring for a skill nobody internally can assess properly
  • A recruitment partner is sending volume, but not filtered on technical ability
§02
What's covered

What's included.

You do not have to take all of it. Most engagements start with one of these and grow only if it makes sense.

01

Contract professionals

For a defined period or project, sized to the requirement rather than to a minimum contract.

02

Dedicated capacity

Developer or team capacity working alongside your own people.

03

Technical screening

Candidates assessed on the actual work before they reach your interview stage.

04

Hiring support

Help identifying and evaluating candidates for permanent roles.

05

Recruitment partner collaboration

We work with agencies who already hold candidate pools, rather than against them.

06

Flexible engagement

No fixed long-term commitment required to get started.

§03
How it works

How the engagement works.

Step 01

Client requirement

We work out what the role actually needs — the skills that matter, the ones that do not, and what the person will be doing day to day.

Step 02

Recruitment partner

Where useful, we work alongside recruitment agencies who already have access to candidate pools. We are not trying to replace them.

Step 03

Initial screening

Candidates are screened on technical and skill level by people who can evaluate the work, not just match keywords.

Step 04

Shortlisting

Only candidates who make sense for the requirement move forward, with notes on where each one is strong and where they are not.

Step 05

Client interview

You interview a shorter, better-filtered list. The final decision is always yours.

Step 06

Hiring

Contract or permanent, depending on what suits the requirement.
